Plant properties

hiramiremon grows to around 5 meters in height with evergreen broad-leaved tree of small Takagi growing wild in the mountains, good limestone field of drainage mainly. Fruit becomes ripe from November through February and it is said that there are seven or eight kinds of systems, and a lot of variation is different in name by area and is called "Izumi kugani" or "Ogimi kugani" by around 2-3 centimeters of diameters, size and seasoning by mountainous district. In the north, each Okinawa island, south is distributed over Taiwan from Amami Oshima, and the wild in Okinawa and the center of cultivation are northern part of Honjima, Katsuyama, okubu of Izumi and Nago-shi of Motobu town, Kijoka of Ogimi-son.
